• Parts will not ship without signed authorization.

• Orders will be held for 3 days and returned to stock if order confirmation is not received.

• Generally, parts ship out within 48 hours after receipt of signed confirmation if parts are in stock.

• If an item needs to be returned it must be returned in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturers defect.

• Cost of shipping returns is to be paid by the customer (unless the part is defective).

• Preauthorization is required for all returns and returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

• Pricing is FOB Healdsburg.

• Payment is required for all parts prior to shipping.

• Special order parts are not returnable and no refunds will be issued.
